Do I need to be referred?

No, you do not need a referral to see a chartered physiotherapist at our clinic, you can self refer.

How do I book an appointment?

For physiotherapy appointments please book online, contact us on 07792 043241, send an email to [email protected], or fill in our contact form on the website.

How quickly will I be seen?

We are normally able to offer new patients an appointment within 48 hours of calling. If we have availability, we will offer you an appointment on the same day.

Will I see the same therapist each appointment?

We do like to keep continuity where possible. However, if you require specific days/times and we are unable to accommodate this, we may have to transfer you to another therapist. All therapists are provided with a hand over report regarding your condition.

How do I claim my treatment costs?

We are happy to deal directly with most insurance companies. In order to do this, we ask you to bring full details of your insurance policy (including your membership number and treatment authorisation number/code) when you come for your 1st appointment. If you are unable to supply us with these, or prefer to claim back the costs yourself, we will issue you a receipt which you can send directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. Note, any excess that you may have on your policy must be paid by yourself.

How much does it cost?
